1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of CP Interiors ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CP Interiors provides professional interior design services including but not limited to:

• Interior design consultation and planning
• Kitchen and bathroom design
• New home construction and remodeling coordination
• Space planning
• Fabric, furnishing, and finish selection
• Procurement and installation management
• Home staging services
• Fine art advisory

3. Engagement & Contracts

• All projects require a signed design agreement before work begins
• A deposit is required to secure project dates and begin work
• Project scope, timeline, and fees will be outlined in your individual contract
• Additional services requested beyond original scope will require a change order

4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project needs and budget
• Make timely decisions on selections and approvals
• Ensure access to your property for measurements and installations
• Honor payment terms as outlined in your contract
• Communicate openly about concerns or changes

5. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be specified in your individual service agreement
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work
• Purchases made on your behalf (furniture, materials) require reimbursement per agreed timeline
• All outstanding balances must be paid before final deliverables are released

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and materials created by CP Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you receive license to use the designs for your personal property only. Designs may not be reproduced or used for other properties without written permission.

7. Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

We may recommend or coordinate with contractors, vendors, and tradespeople. While we strive to work with reliable professionals, CP Interiors is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or work quality of third parties. Separate contracts may be required directly with contractors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for specific services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refunds for unused portions of services will be evaluated case-by-case

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nassau County courts.
